Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Nolah Electrical website. By using the site you accept them.

About this site

This website provides general information about the electrical services we offer. It is not technical advice for a specific situation. Electrical work is regulated and, in most cases, must be carried out by a licensed electrician. Nothing on this site should be read as encouragement to carry out electrical work yourself.

Accuracy

We keep the information on this site current and correct as far as we reasonably can, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date at all times. Service descriptions are general and the scope of any job is set by the written quote we provide.

Quotes and pricing

Any prices or indications given on this site are general. A binding price is only given in a written quote for your specific job, and is subject to the terms set out in that quote.

Intellectual property

The content, layout, graphics and code of this site belong to Nolah Electrical or its suppliers. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not reproduce or republish them commercially without our permission.

External links

Where we link to other websites we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nolah Electrical is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
